Why does the Equinox matter?

A solar Equinox is a moment in time when the Sun crosses the Earth's equator, which is to say, it appears directly above the equator, rather than north or south of the equator. On the day of the equinox, the Sun appears to rise "due east" and set "due west". This occurs twice each year, around 20 March and 23 September.

So, TOMORROW'S Spring Equinox energetically opens a rare opportunity to open yourself up to the light and to make some wonderful changes in your life in a new and fresh direction.

Try this :-

A gentle yoga flow to warm yourself and then allow yourself some time for centred, breathing, set an intention, and then try this mantra, aim to repeat it over and over for 11 minutes minimum. We are going to introduce you to the Mul Mantra.... this is an ancient mantra which is said to 'remove fate and to change your destiny to create prosperity....'

We've popped the Mul Mantra to the top of our playlist here...

Remember to make a lovely yoga space at home and lock the world away to do this.... and if you fancy on coming into the studio tomorrow.... well you can book on here...

Happy Equinox!
