Hatha, Yin, Restorative & Menopause
250 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Learn online or in-person
This unique course is a blend of learning styles, and takes place over the course of four to five months.
If learning solely online via our Zoom and Facebook Live sessions, we blend this with interactive multimedia lessons, interactive presentations and recorded videos that you can watch again and again to deepen your learning.
For those training in person, you benefit from the blended learning as well as live face-to-face sessions.
Each course offers excellent teaching standards and adheres to the Go Yoga ethos for integrity, strength and focus. Students on both courses have the opportunity to interact via a dedicated online group and receive unlimited and individualised support during this time.
This 250-hour course is ideally suited to those students who have been practising yoga for two years, and who wish to immerse themselves in a disciplined course of self-study with commitment and integrity.
Yoga Alliance Professionals registered Senior Yoga Teacher, Sophie Bickerdike will be teaching a minimum of 70% of the course contact hours.
All students considered for the course should have been practising yoga for a minimum of 2 years.

This 250 hour course includes three core areas in one complete course:
Our Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Course provides a firm foundation in yoga ethics - you will learn the fundamental teachings of Hatha Yoga, with a focus on Pranayama and the synchronisation of breath and movement, the course will also equip you to plan, practice and teach your own yoga classes safely and with confidence.
Our Restorative course will teach you the origins of this practice, as well as the specific benefits of each restorative asana. There is a strong focus on anatomy and physiology in the early part of the course, before we move on to teaching methodology and the effective sequencing of a restorative yoga class.
Our Yin Yoga Course will teach you the basics of Yin Yoga with theory and practical work.
The Menopause workshop will look at the importance of yoga teachers in holding the space, with the correct toolkit of information to best serve and support women who are going through this challenging period, and all of the associated emotional and hormonal changes that occur during this time.
