At Sophie Bickerdike School of Yoga, we celebrate the ancient wisdom in yoga and seek to share it with all. We provide training in various styles of yoga and a wide range of yoga classes and offerings.  Our Yoga Studio is home to all levels of practitioners, recognizing that each individual has their own, unique path to follow.  We create teachers, wellness coaches and life experts. 

 

Our Live Four Module Course  spans over 2 years. Please get in touch if you'd like to join us. We also offer an intensive training in November 2025.

We aim to make this course nice and slow so you can take in all the information at a steady pace. We are also launching an online training in the coming months.
