The instructors are all friendly and encouraging for all levels, and I'm pleased to say even i feel able to keep up with the postures and sequences because of how well they're demonstrated and explained! The studio space is lovely, especially by candlelight, the music is always well selected and I love the mixture of different types of yoga.
