Sophie Bickerdike
Principle, Senior Yoga Teacher & Programme Co-ordinator
Sophie is both and SYT with Yoga Alliance, YAP and YTT, yoga teacher and artist who has found a balance between all her life segments. She founded GoYoga in 2013 and continues to run the 200 Hour Teacher Training and class schedule. Teaching alongside Martin and the team on Commercial Street.

Patricia Anaya

California-based Patricia, joins us on Zoom for our Pre-natal Course. With yoga teaching, a being a doula and child-birth educator bring some exciting ingredients to our prenatal yoga teacher course.
Former Personal Trainer, Meryem came to Goyoga as a new mum and we're so glad she stayed! Meryem will be teaching Class Design in Module 3 and 4.
