Join us for a new experience!
There is plenty of free disc parking on Commercial Street and around the Harrogate Conference Centre which is for 1 or 2 hours down the side roads.
Mats and apparel are also available to purchase in our shop.

Founded by Sophie Bickerdike in 2011, former actress and Malteser Ad girl, Sophie found herself teaching yoga and loving it. "Yoga is a state of mind, it got rid of my stress, it calmed me in all situations and it made me have a whole new perspective." Now in it's 10th year, Go Yoga has evolved to offers over 11 classes a week workshops from chocolate to gong, a training school and therapy and talking space for art and music.
It hosts a stunning bespoke studio which has infrared heating used for hot yoga. Mats and hot yoga towels are available to purchase, along with water and yoga apparel and products.
