How I went from acting to yoga to music to yoga and music!
Sophie Bickerdike runs Go Yoga studio and she is also a musician and sound artist. She will be playing at Deershed with her Soundbaths as well as running the studio she also co-writes music with producers and writers around the world.
We grabbed her for a few questions!
What do you love about yoga!
As my body continues to go through the years, I feel I need yoga more and more. It helps me touch my toes, it helps me bend, it helps me move and it keeps me on my path.
Do you feel yoga makes your more creative?
I think it makes me more positive and allows me to see all the possibilities around me.
What do you love about Go Yoga?
I love being a part of the community here, I am definitely happier in a group of yogis and I feel this is a wonderful supportive environment as we all go through life's journeys.
What will you be looking forward to this year?
This year I will be releasing more records under my wellness self LunaLight and also under Sophie Bickerdike. I am looking forward to creating some yoga teachers this year, we have a few very dedicated practitioners who are creating some wonderful practises. I hope to be sharing them with our instagram and social media peeps soon!
