The new Go Yoga schedule


With one week under our belt, we are now back in the swing of things here at Go Yoga.


We are loving seeing you all come into the two studios - both at Hornbeam Park and Commercial Street too. It really is great to be back!


As our schedule has changed slightly, and we have some new Go Yoga teachers to introduce, we thought we would share our new schedule in full with an introduction of each session...


Mondays


6.30am: Kick start your week off in the best possible way with a one-hour session online with Meryem. Tune in from the comfort of your own home and gain that positive focus for the rest of your week.


9.30am: Join Caroline in the Hornbeam Park studio or online for an active Monday Morning Flow class. Expect an uplifting playlist with plenty of movement, breathe-work and a lovely long Savasana to finish.


6.30pm: Caroline is back every Monday evening for Go Flow in the Hornbeam Park studio. De-stress from the day and connect with yourself in a mix of challenging postures and energetic flow routines.


7.40pm: If you are in need of a Monday night glow, then this session is for you. Expect a warm, relaxing studio allowing you to relax quicker and deeper. A gentle flow with a restful relaxation to finish. Located at Hornbeam Park.


Tuesdays


9.15am: One of our newest teachers, Sam, brings you a Tuesday morning flow in our Commercial Street studio. Come and join her for a gorgeous practice full of fun postures and a delicious relaxation to finish off!


9.30am: Looking for some more definition around your mid-section? Meryem leads this Flow and Abs session at Hornbeam Park. Add strength to your core and get those abdominal muscles working beautifully with the power of yoga.


12 noon: Looking for an inspiring way to spend your lunch-break? Caroline's Go Diva lunchtime class at Commercial Street is perfect for those who live or work in the town centre. Expect 45 minutes of female power ballads and some dynamic flow routines.


7pm: Relax and restore with Sarah's Restorative Yoga class. Let go completely and give in to one hour of total body pampering - come and join Sarah in the studio or log in online to enjoy in your own home.


Wednesdays


9.30am: Looking for some more definition around your mid-section? Meryem leads this Flow and Abs session at our Commercial Street studio. Add strength to your core and get those abdominal muscles working beautifully with the power of yoga.


7pm: Join Liz midweek at Hornbeam Park for an hour of Go Recharge. Enjoy an energetic evening flow followed by a re-charging relaxation to finish. A perfect preparation for a great night's sleep.


Thursdays


9.45am: Join Meryem for a Thursday Go Morning Flow in the Hornbeam Park studio or online. Move and flow to get yourself prepped for the rest of your day.


7.15pm: Come and dance the evening away with Sophie at her Nia - 2gether class. Feel the energy of a simple yoga dance routine that is fun and uplifting in every way.


8.30pm: Martin is back with his Go Yin Yoga classes every Thursday night. Expect a slow and deep practice, allowing you to ease into each pose and enter a state of stillness. Prepare to feel fully stretched.


Fridays


8am: Get ready for the weekend ahead with Caroline's Friday Feel-good Flow. Get moving and grooving with a great playlist and a fun flow of feel-good postures.


6pm: Go Slow with Sarah every Friday evening from 6pm-7pm at our Hornbeam Park studio. Expect gentle movements and stretches as you unwind from a busy week. Suitable for all levels.


Saturdays


9am: Start your weekend with energy and positivity as you join Sarah for an hour of Vinyasa Flow in our Hornbeam Park studio.


Sundays


9.30am: Enjoy a chilled Sunday Morning Flow with Marie to set your Sunday off at the right pace. Join us at Hornbeam Park or follow Marie online from your own home.


5pm: Chill and Breathe with Martin as the weekend draws to an end. Get rid of any Sunday night anxiety and let yourself go into a beautiful long relaxation. Online and in the Hornbeam Park studio.
