Keep calm and carry on doing yoga

It’s during times like these that we need to be extra kind to ourselves and those around us. When things look somewhat dreary in the media, it’s often hard to stay completely positive and fight off the anxieties that lay dormant within us all. But, here at Go Yoga – we’ve got your back!

Regular yoga practice can do wonders for your immune system as well as for your mental health and overall wellbeing. So, turn off the TV, close those tabloids and settle in for an uplifting hour of self-love and calm here at Hornbeam Park in Harrogate.

Whether you choose a Beginners Class, an Improvers Session or a Hot Vinyasa Flow, our teachers are always ready to support you along your yoga journey and it’s near impossible to leave one of our classes without feeling relaxed and ready to take on whatever the world has to throw at us.

Bringing your own mat to class

Bringing your own yoga mat to a yoga session has many benefits: there are the obvious hygiene benefits associated with practising on your own mat, which at this time is especially important. But, also every time you practice your yoga asanas you generate a special type of energy, and we believe this energy is best kept and preserved on your own personal piece of space.

Therefore, we are encouraging all our Go Yogis to bring along their own yoga mats to class over the coming months. We have a great range of yoga mats to buy from the studio and online if you don’t already have one or can help to recommend one that might be suitable for you. Click here to pre-order a mat from us and collect at your next session.

Namaste and thanks for your loyal support.
