We are now in our second week of re-opening the Go Yoga studio in Harrogate and want to thank you all for supporting us. We hope you are enjoying being back in the studio – all the teachers are extremely happy to get a bit of normality back and see all your lovely faces again!
But, for those of you who haven’t managed to make it back yet, here are a few reasons to book onto a class soon…
1. We are all set for your safety
The safety of our clients and teachers is our number one priority. That’s why we are keeping our studio classes small and well-regulated. But don’t worry, you will still feel completely relaxed and comfortable at all times.
Your mats will be spaced out according to the latest guidelines, with marks on the floor to guide you. You will also be asked to take a quick temperature check to ensure you are within the recommended levels. We are keeping the studio nice and airy with windows open when possible, and we are not using any heaters at the moment. None of our teachers will be making adjustments and will remain on their mats throughout the class.
After class is finished, we will perform a full clean and cleanse of all floorspace, surfaces and handles before the next class begins.
2. We have a brand-new schedule to fit in with your lifestyle
Our new Wellness Living App is working really well and we are getting very good feedback about it. If you log on today, you will find a host of new classes and times to fit around your busy schedules.
We know the school holidays can be tough to navigate, so we have early morning sessions as well as plenty of evening and weekend classes too. We have new beginner’s classes, flow classes, Yin, Yoga flow and dance – plus lots more.
Join our teachers - Sophie, Martin, Caroline, Alex, Clare, Liz, Meryem, Phalana and Nicola – who are all now teaching from the studio.
3. You can feel the love
Don’t get me wrong, we love Zoom. It has helped us keep in touch with you and continue to teach through these tricky times. However, coming back to the studio offers an atmosphere and energy that is hard to re-create anywhere else. Practicing with others is good for your soul as well as being empowering and energising for your mind.
We don’t think you can beat the feeling of taking part in a group yoga lesson. Perhaps you might even have forgotten how good it feels? If so, come back and we will help you yo find your groove again!
4. Can’t come in? Switch to Zoom!
Our new flexi-schedule means that we have yoga classes to suit your new way of life.
Most of our classes are now available at the studio, outside or on Zoom – so if you can’t leave the house on a certain day, or the weather isn’t being kind, it doesn’t mean you can’t still join in. Simply select the Zoom option for that session on the App and you will automatically be sent a link to join in virtually.
