- Begin Your Practice with Om: Chant Om three times before starting your yoga session to center your mind.

- Use Breath and Mantra Together:Synchronize your inhales and exhales with a mantra like “So Hum.”

- Chant During Meditation:



Choose a mantra and repeat it silently or aloud during meditation.

- Sing Kirtan:Join a group chanting session to experience the collective energy of sacred sound.
