We thought with all the festivities you'd like a little helpful....Breathwork Practice:))
Try this....
Equal Breathing: This breath practice is great for calming the mind and reducing stress. Inhale for a count of four, then exhale for a count of four. Repeat for several rounds, gradually increasing the length of your breath as you feel comfortable.
Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing): This breath practice can help balance the energy in your body and calm the mind. Sit comfortably with your spine straight, and bring your right hand up to your nose. Use your thumb to close your right nostril, inhale through your left nostril, then close your left nostril with your ring finger and exhale through your right nostril. Inhale through your right nostril, then close it with your thumb and exhale through your left nostril. Repeat for several rounds, focusing on the smooth flow of your breath.
Lion's Breath: This playful breath practice can help release tension and energize the body. Sit comfortably with your spine straight, and take a deep inhale through your nose. As you exhale, open your mouth wide, stick out your tongue, and make a "ha" sound. Repeat several times, feeling the release of tension in your face and body.
So
taking some time for yourself and practicing yoga and breathwork can help you stay grounded and connected during the Easter break. Choose a practice that resonates with you and commit to it for a few minutes each day. Remember that the most important thing is to listen to your body and do what feels good for you. Happy Easter!
