How do I book on classes?

All of the classes at Go Yoga are bookable online through our Mindbody booking system. You can either purchase a 'drop in' if you want to come for the odd class or you can buy a 5, 10, 20 or 40 class pass. The more you practice the less you pay. If you want to come regularly you might want to consider our Unlimited class pass offers which allow you to go to as many classes as you want. Once you have purchased a pass or membership online, it will credit your account accordingly, so you can book on to which ever classes you choose.

What if it's my first time booking onto a class?

If you are new to Go Yoga we have 2 New Client offers. Either try out your first class for £7 or choose our 30 days for £48 offer which allows you to try as many classes (excluding workshops) as you want in that time, to help you find a class that suits you. New clients can only choose one of these options.  When you first enter our booking system you will be asked to enter your email address and a password.  This will create an account for you. From here you can choose to purchase one of our introductory offers from the tab at the top of the page.  This will credit your account and then you can start choosing those classes!!

 

 

What about booking on to Workshops and Courses at Go Yoga?

Workshops are not included on the class passes and are paid for seperately, by clicking on the desired workshop on the workshop and courses tab on the mindbody booking system.

Go Yoga offers various courses including Go Beginners Yoga and Parent & Baby courses. It is more cost effective to purchase the course, however if you are unable to attend the whole course, or miss the start of the course you are welcome to book in using regular class passes.

 

 

Terms and Conditions

• Class passes are valid from the day of purchase for a certain period of time (see above). They will no longer be valid after the expiry date.

• Class passes can only be used on scheduled classes. They are not valid on workshops or children's yoga and dance classes - these need to be purchased seperately as they vary in price. 

• All passes and memberships are valid at either Go Yoga studio.

• Clients must give six weeks notice for cancellation of memberships.

• Go Yoga will give 60 days notice of any price change in membership fees.

• Please arrive 15 minutes before the class is due to start. If you arrive late for a class at Cold Bath Rd, that is outside of the shop's opening hours, the door to the shop will be locked and you will be unable to access the studio or attend the class. Refunds will not be given to latecomers.

• All classes start on time, if you are late your place may offered to another student.

• If you do arrive late please do not enter the class.

• On Unlimited passes, if you book a class and are unable to make it please cancel with 24 hours notice. We will endeavour to fill your spot if under a late cancel, but if we cannot you will be charged.

• Training Courses and Workshops after attendance cannot be refunded.

• Due to rising class numbers, we cannot refund or exchange classes which have been late cancelled under any circumstances.

• Refunds under extenuating circumstances will be liable for an administration fee.

 

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy 

 

Classes: If cancelled 24 hours before the class has started you get a full refund. If cancelled after 24 hours, there is no refund unless a medical reason is provided with a note from your medical practitioner. Class passes are for all GoYoga Classes and cannot be refunded in the event of a change of teacher or cancellation of class as they can be used on all of our timetable. We run our studio effectively with small and large classes on this principle and therefore cannot refund.

Courses: If cancelled before 48 hours commencement of the course, we can refund you, less an admin fee. If cancelled after 48 hours, there is no refund unless a medical reason is provided with a note from your medical practitioner.

Workshops: If cancelled 72 hours before the workshop has started you get a full refund.  If cancelled after 72 hours, there is no refund unless a medical reason is provided with a note from your medical practitioner. 

Teacher Training Courses and Workshops once begun cannot be refunded.

1-1 Appointments
If cancelled before 48 hours notice we can refund you the full amount of the appointment cost with an admin fee.
If cancelled after 48 hours notice 50% of your appointment cost will be refunded.
If cancelled after 24 hours notice the full amount of the appointment cost will be payable.

If you would like to cancel or modify a reservation or appointment, click "Cancel."
