Go Hot Yoga Classes

Go Hot Yoga/Go Glow Yoga

This modern approach to yoga is in a room that is heated by infra-red to allow the body to safely open and release, whilst essential oils permeate the air during each class. The heat allows you to warm up quickly, relaxing your muscles so you can move deeper into postures and become more flexible. Hot but not too hot, this gentle heat is just enough to soothe, sweat and feel revived. Go Glow, as it sounds is a just a little bit less heat than Hot Yoga.

With more alignment, hip opening, upper body and core poses, there will always be a surprise posture to challenge you too. This motivating class develops alignment while building strength in an all body workout. We use our unique Sukham style of yoga in our classes, which incorporate elements of Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Kundalini to leave you feeling happy and glowing inside.

Our Playlist Hot yoga classes taught to some great, carefully selected tunes, to help motivate and inspire.

Go Hot Vinyasa

Go Hot Vinyasa, in a heated room this is a user-friendly but challenging general level class. Expect flow and movement, Vinyasa means: ’the linking of body movement with breath’. Expect to move and flow in this class. Postures include hip openers, deep twists, upper body strengtheners, bum and ab toners - this fully rounded workout works 100% of the body. It is a combination of Hatha, Power and Ashtanga yoga, Interval and Core Training and offers peak fitness, strength, flexibility and relaxation. This class is designed to develop a sense of enjoyment and freedom and to allow one’s breath and energy to fuel the practise.

Key benefits: Upper body, strength, toned bum and abs, fluidity, deep expression of the self.

Suitable for: All levels

 

Go Hot Power

Uncover your most powerful self!

This 60 minute Power Yoga Flow will build on your overall strength and flexibility, greatly increasing your physical and psychological strength. A full body dynamic strength based flow - Follow your breath, focus you mind and discover your inner strength. 

Playlist - Inspiring/uplifting mix of Dance and classic tracks. Playlist shared weekly on Spotify.

Go Yoga Classes

Go Ashtanga

Go Ashtanga is in an unheated room, working with elements of the Primary & Secondary Series. You will begin mastering tricky and glamorous yoga postures and become the owner of your practice. This term we move to further into the Secondary Series... Looking at the subtle body and finding postures we didn't know existed! 

We also incorporate mantra into this class, using elements of Jivamukti and Kundalini yoga.

Key Benefits: Discover new postures, a full body workout.

Suitable for: Those experienced in Ashtanga  Primary Series or those who would consider themselves ready for their next level of practice.

 

Go Mindful

An inspiring and refreshing class for those that want to discover a deeper understanding of Mindfulness practice, together with a gentle yoga practice.  Revive, stretch and lift the body with movement, balance and relaxation.

Key benefits: Relaxed mind and life-enhancing mindful techniques together with deep hip opening, leg stretching, alignment, and flexibility.

Suitable for: All levels and all ages.

 

G.B.Y. – Go Beginner’s Yoga / Go Improvers

The G.B.Y class is for those who would like a basic introduction to yoga.

There will be time for modifications to help adapt to your needs, we will discover chants, meditation and simple postures and flow sequences - some sessions may be hot. Students will then be able to progress to a more dynamic ashtanga/power of vinyasa flow class or a hot yoga class. We believe you have the potential to get to handstands, arm balances or backbends! Some of our beginners classes are called 'Go/Glow Beginners' as the room is heated to a slightly warmer temperature to aid muscle relaxation and stretching.  We also extend our GBY classes to 'Go Improvers'.  These classes are suitable for beginners who want to extend their practise further, yet complete beginners are welcome 

Key benefits: Learn to practice safely and mindfully.

Suitable for: Newcomers, injured, those wanting to get back into yoga or those who consider themselves not quite ready for hot yoga.

 

Go Evening Yoga

The perfect end to a weekend.  This is fun-packed Vinyasa class, which is both motivating and relaxing. Floor-based, allowing us to drop any desire to “perform” and to connect deeply with body and breath. Designed to realign postural issues and release stress, the slower pace allows time to work with injuries, learn correct alignment and work on flexibility. 

Key benefits: Deep hip opening, leg stretching, learning alignment, and developing flexibility.

Suitable for: All levels

 

 

Go Kundalini Yoga

An uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and chanting, allowing you to enjoy the awakening of your mind and body. The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness. Kundalini Yoga is a beautiful way to practise yoga. 

Key Benefits: Balancing of chakra's, relaxation of mind, discipline, power and focus

Pre-natal Yoga

Yoga for Pregnancy! This is a pregnancy class our GOYOGIS and new members to GOYOGA. Pregnancy yoga, birth information, core strengthening! Useful stretches and breath exercises designed to bring about a healthy birth and a positive mind!

Suitable for:  Second and third trimester pregnant ladies

 

 

 

 

Go Pilates Classes

Go Glow Pilates/Core Fusion

These classes are performed in a gently heated room utilizing the fundamentals of Pilates mat work. In this class you practice the complete syllabus of the mat Pilates exercises, which encourage full body awareness and control. The infrared heated environment helps muscles lengthen allowing you to achieve greater range of motion and flexibility. It also has detoxifying properties, which boost metabolism, reduce cellulite, aid pain relief, improve immune function, improves skin complexion and helps with arthritis.

This class will educate you about your own body, find your right and left side imbalances, their associated problems and how to combat them as well as improve both your strength and flexibility. This class is suitable for beginners to those more experienced
