We recommend starting with one of our beginners courses. After you have completed the beginners course, you are still eligible to take our new client offer - £48 for 30 days unlimited classes, so you can then try as many classes as you like for a whole month! This is only available immediately after the course and by contacting Go Yoga directly.
Done some Yoga or Pilates before?
Just jump right in and take one of our new client offers, either 20 days unlimited for £20 or buy 1 get one free for £15, then book away and try our classes.
Go Yoga Hornbeam Park has use of the Zone's changing facility and shower. Please note this is a unisex facility. Go Revolution has boutique changing rooms and showers with complimentary toiletries. Go Yoga Central has no specific changing facility, but there is a bathroom that can be used.
Should I eat before class?
It is best not to eat a big meal within 4 hours of a class. A healthy snack 1-2 hours before is fine.
Can I buy any refreshments?
Indulge cafe is below Go Yoga Hornbeam Park and we have a juice bar at Go Revolution serving smoothies and coffee. Bottles of water are available to purchase from both studios.
What to bring?
We recommend you bring a water bottle especially to hot yoga. We do sell water bottles if you forget yours.
Bring a mat if you would like to but we do have plenty of mats you can borrow.
Bring a towel to hot yoga and pilates classes.
How often should I practice?
There is significant benefit in coming to class 2-3 times a week. Expect to see dramatic mind and body benefits from this level of attendance. Almost all of our new clients are seeking some kind of change. Attending 2-3 times a week regularly will bring about that change. Guaranteed.
What should I do when I arrive?
At our Go Yoga Hornbeam Park studio, we are located on the first floor above Indulge cafe. The stairs are through the cafe on the right. At Go Yoga - The Space @ Gorevolution studio, we are located above Go Revolution. Access to the studio is through the shop.
Try to arrive 15 minutes early so you can relax a little before the class. If you haven't done so already, please fill in a medical questionnaire and hand it to your teacher. Please remove your shoes before entering the studio. Shoe and coat racks are available. You can bring your personal belongings in the studio with you.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing and a couple of layers. Most people wear gym style clothing. For hot yoga we recommend leggings or shorts and a vest style top - as you will get hot.
Please inform your instructor as not all classes are suitable for pregnancy. Please ask for an advice sheet and we ask all our pregnant ladies to sign a pregnancy disclaimer form.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
All classes start on time, if you are late your place may offered to another student.
If you do arrive late please do not enter the class.
If cancelled 24 hours before the class has started you get a full refund.
If cancelled after 24 hours, there is no refund unless a medical reason is provided with a note from your medical practitioner.
If cancelled before 48 hours we can refund you, less an admin fee.
If cancelled after 48 hours, there is no refund unless a medical reason is provided with a note from your medical practitioner.
If cancelled before 72 hours notice we can refund you the full amount.
If cancelled after 72 hours notice, there is no refund unless a medical reason is provided with a note from your medical practitioner.
If cancelled before 48 hours notice we can refund you the full amount of the appointment cost.
If cancelled after 48 hours notice 50% of your appointment cost will be refunded.
If cancelled after 24 hours notice the full amount of the appointment cost will be payable.
If you would like to cancel or modify a reservation or appointment, click "Cancel."
"Late Cancel" appears when the online cancellation period has passed. This option can be used to allow another person to register in that availability. For more information, please contact Go yoga at 07471 933488.
